At Blind Horse Trading Post, each piece is handmade with care and intention. Due to the nature of custom, one-of-a-kind, and small-batch handcrafted jewelry, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blindhorsetradingpost@gmail.com with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right—whether that means a repair, replacement, or store credit.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect sizing (please read all sizing info carefully)

• Normal wear or tarnish
